well before i installed my t3/t43e 50 / 48a/r it looked kinda laggy according to the points i was plotting on the compressor map, but i got it anyway and installed it, and i'm happy as hell i did! I'm sure it comes down to personal prefference but i get 9psi @ 4700RPM and it rips a lot harder than my t3 60 trim did at 11psi.

thats my personal testomony...

Re: t3/t4 too big?

yeah cuz i called camp1320 and they had a bigger t3/t4 but he said he can mod it so that is works to my conditions for my y8. a couple shops out of alot that i have called say u can roll with that turbo since its similiar to the ones in the fmax kits and what not for the y8 and some say stick wit the t3 cuz the t3/t4 is too big. i may just go wit my instinct and go with the t3/t4 and not waste time and money sayin i wish i had more or something like that. ya know

i'm going to the track later today if we don't get rained out... we'll see what i can pull in my over weight del sol.

p.s. just think about how you would liek to drive your car... you want low end grunt or crazy top end.
my logic is... if you want low end grunt don't drive a honda.

thats good info.

civicsi94, since you said this is your daily driver, then i think getting a larger turbo will be beneficial to you because you can drive around giving it some gas and not go into boost, which will save u gas and help keep your motor running longer due to less boosting.

right now im running a t3/t4 57 trim .63 a/r on my b18b. i hit 7 or so psi around 4500 in 3rd, and at 3900 in 5th. i love it because i can drive the car all day long w/o boosting on it, but if i decide to romp it, it hits hard at around 5k rpm and pulls like hell to redline.
