T3 to T3/T4 turbo question

I recently purchased a tubro manifold from someone who calimed it was a T3/T4 turbo manifold. Today I finally found a turbo that wasnt beat to crap and it doesnt fit my mani. I am assuming the manifold is a T3 because it is smaller. The bolts line up in length, but the turbo is wider then the mani. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fab these to fit together?

if the bolts line up, you're good to go.

the bolts line up one way, but not the other way.

Or it might be a manifold for a mitsubishi turbo i.e. 14b, 16g, etc. I know they still have a square bolt pattern, just a round hole leading into the hot side.
