I just got my t3 manifold and t3 airesearch tubo. is that a decent turbo? and does anyone know if a 99 gsr J pipe would be any different than the 94? ( as in O2 fitting and size if it will bolt to my cat)??

I've been running a 42/48 one off a Volvo on my sohc civic for about a year now. It may be too small for your dohc depending on what size it is.

Could be just about anything, 42/48, 48/60, 63/60, and a couple more too that were not uncommon.

The compressor will have it on the outside near the brand label I think.

The exhaust side will have it on the inside of the inlet on one of the long sides.
