AbaZ is right. My t25 WG runs 8PSI also. Me and my friend exprimented on his GS-T and disconected the factory boost solenoid and his gauge read.......8PSI !!! If you want to get ghetto on your WG, hold your actuator upsidedown and beat the ---- out of the bracket w/ a hammer to bend it in about 1/4 inch. It should run aroud 6. Worked on my old WG.

i have no idea what i was doing wrong then, because i was not able to get my boost down that low until i either shimmed the actuator (and killed my spool time) or replaced the internal spring with a softer one.

You guys got me worrying now... I'm using a dsm t25 for my setup, and I am planning on running the stock 8psi, but if I have a full 3" exhaust is it gonna be running more boost?

Would a large downpipe increase the boost level? How would that happen?
My T25 holds at 8psi unfortunatly it spikes to 11psi getting there.

both of my T25's have been 11-12psi stock with a vaccum line from the compressor housing to the WG. I extended the arm on it and it still fully boosts at 2000 rpm extended to 8psi at 10 it spools even faster

Its just a flapper like any other internaly gated turbo. So if you have seen it work on one, then theory says it will work on any with the same set up.

Im not sure about the whole 8psi thing, my T25 is set at 11psi as well. Hooked up to the solenoid and then also not hooked to it, ran the same results. Weird. Could be where your getting your vacuum source for the actuator.
