There's no simple answer. T3 and T25 is referring to the center cartridges basically. There are many different exhaust and compressor housings.

Go with a t3 turbo if you havent already gone with a t25

I wouldnt be so quick to say that... If you got a T25 Ball Bearing I'd go with the garrett t25 ball bearing before the T3!

T25 and T3 have different holes and flanges. garrett T25 and T28 are same. T3 are different.

Also make sure the T25 didnt come a DSM because if it did then it will also have a different hole and bolt pattern than the garrett ones...

Re:t25 t3?

thanks a lot... the reason for the question is because i bought a manifold for a t3 but want a smaller turbo, i only want to run between 5psi to 8psi. i also found a T25 turbo for a good price so naturaly i want to go with the t25. this is going on my zc by the way. just want to make sure that the T25 will bolt to the T3 flange. if so i am set. if not then that blows.. again thanks for the replys guys and hopefuly i will be boosting soon..

My suggestion to you is to contact BMC, I'm sure they have the adaptor plates for you to use the T25 that you have with the T3 manifold that you have. Just make sure you give him the exact dimensions and where that T25 came from... whether it was a nissan, garrett specifically, turbonetics, or DSM. They will be better help you with exactly what you need.... I hope this helps
