Re:T25 boost
Not high enough to blow the engine up if you got the fule management right.

Re:T25 boost
just because it is a t25 it doesnt mean the actuator is set to a certain pressure, it all depends on what the manufacturer for the car that it came off specifications were. you can bet it will not be higher than 8 but you will only know by either, getting a regulator on a compressed air line or by trying it on the car. I've had boost spike up to 16psi for a couple of times in my experiMENTAL stages and my car still runs, it shouldnt do it any harm by trying it just dont go mad

Re:T25 boost
My DSM T25 puts out between 8-11 psi depending on her mood :(

Re:T25 boost
If its on a DSM, then its somewhere around 12 lbs, but its electronically controlled.
If its on a honda, then it is around 8lbs. |
Re:T25 boost
if the dsm T25 is making too much boost, you can probably lower it by putting washers in between the mounting bracket and compressor housing. this releives some of the tension on the internal spring, letting a lower boost pressure actuate the wastegate.

Re:T25 boost
mine was appx 11.5 pounds when I first put it on, i lengthened the actuator arm a bit to cut it down.
