synapse M.L. and oil restrictor install ?'s

alright so i installed my synapse missing link on my d16y7 yesterday, when i was done the idle was around 1500 and when id barely step on the gas the motor would start bucking, but it'd be fine if i just revved it up and down... so i got out and tried adjusting my idle adjust and it didnt seem to do anything, my screw was down on the way, i put my finger over that filter hole and the idle seemed to get better, any suggestions?

also got my stealthmode oil restrictor and was wondering how do you know how much to turn the adjuster on it? or do you just leave it alone, do i have to "t" in a oil pressure gauge before the turbo, after the restrictor or what? tried messaging stealth on his site but no response:) any suggestions would be gravy...

Do you have o-rings on each side of the missing link? It sounds like a leak. You could also have it upside down.

I don't know about the restrictor. I have always just used a fitting with a small hole in it.

i think i actually messed with my tps yesterday because i took it for a spin today and the throttle was all messed up so i think im going to try to adjust it tomorrow

and to answer the question, yes the o rings are on and i have the map on the o ring side of the M.L.

Try taking it off and see what happens. You shouldn't need to drive it, just see if the missing link is actually your problem.

anyone else on the restrictor? come on

no gauge required in front of the turbo after the restrictor... i guess oil flow required depends on your turbo as well as the flow/pressure of your oil pump...

so how would you calculate that:)
