switching internals

i was looking at a turbonetics turbo this guy has but he said it has some shaft play and mite need to be rebuilt i have a t3/t4 57 trim at the house thats not a turbonetics can i use the internals from it to rebuild the turbonetics turbo are most turbos interchangeable like that?
