No, but I possess a cracked copy of Acrobat, and can insert the required information.

The newest of the new technology in the world of turbocharging came about approx. 30 years ago. There are some errors in "maximum boost" that apply more to theory than application. He also makes it known about his opinions on certain things like water injection, and then provides no technical proof for his findings, other than "its my experience...." but like JD said, if you are and extreme nOOb it will get you up to speed. But by no means any "turbocharging bible" read a few engineering essays on gaspowered forcedinduction engines(short ones) and you will understand what im getting at.

BTW im refering to VTG. The newer cars that use it (997turbo) use nickel plated vanes. Not new technology. They could have done it 20 years ago. Its all about money and the market.

Yes, circleburner, the fact that Maximum Boost (to Corky's Wallet) does not cover anything more than basic concepts has already been discussed in detail in this thread. In fact, that's what this thread has been about. Your stunning observation is only stunning in the respect that you thought it was an important concept to communicate, like you were telling us all something we didn't know.

Yes, fecalcourier, we have already mentioned that Maximum Boost (to Corky's Wallet) has incorrect information. I feel that we must, also, thank you for your vital observation. None of us would have figured that out without you to guide our way.

ie, it wasnt a mistake, or some slight subtle untruth, he clearly and specifically states things that are totally and utterly wrong.

your grasp of the engish language, and indeed even the subdialect american-english has failed you again JD

perhaps stick to your day job, whatever that is, perhaps cleaning toilets as your reincarnation of my username seems to suggest.

That plus he was trying to push the aerocharger... Kind of biased in my opinion

perhaps if you bothered to read, you would realise that for no real reason except to have a go at me, mrs davis picked on my statement about the book. if hes going to pick, i'm going to clarify. simple really. nothing needed to be said until then.
