Super NOOB Question
 

OK i think i got it all, but i need to check with you guys as i am doind my first HMT style turbo upgrade on something that was never meant for turboing. Got a 1993 honda del sol si 1.6L-Vtec. will be installing turbo setup this weekend at my shop(i run a transmission shop and have a mandrel exhaust machine for all pipes). Got the STD manifold and have already port matched it to the exhasut manifold gasket for the Z6, built the adapter plate, have the gaskets for both sides, will be building the charge pipes and full new exhaust during installation, have a conquest intercooler that i had A-Z radiator weld mount tabs and correct the end tanks for my application, have the DSM Blue top injectors and the resistor box, have the 1g BOV that will be installed during the pipe construction process, have a 3 pod apillar along with exhaust temp gauge, boost gauge, and air fuel ratio gauge, bought a ton of various t's, connectors and chack valves for vacuum, welded oil return on old oil pan of of first motor from the car, and i got all my filltings and lines for the oil and anti-freeze feeds and dumps for the turbo.

is there something that i will need to pay special attention to or still need to aquire before doing the actual install?
Sorry about the noob question i know that you guys get them all the time but i just don't want to mess any6thing up here.
oh yeah the turbo is set @ whatever stock is (i think like 6 psi or something like that) came off 91 talon tsi manual

I think I read it right... your using 450's so your gonna need a chipped ecu. Hit up xenocron

ur stock clutch would be next in line to upgrade.

tuner toys water port adapter will make running those coolant lines easier :6

I also have ZOOM stage 3 6puck clutch with aluminum flywheel, guess i should have listed my other engine mods as well. i also have AEM true time pulleys, knock off alum under drive crank pulley, urethane mounts, and i run NGK iridium plugs

get a chipped ecu with a basemap and then you wont need the check valves. the water lines aren't really needed but always a safe bet. might want to change your plugs to some regular NGK's, if i remember right the stock gsr's are colder then stock z6 plugs, gap them down to liek .32. then pretty much after that just double check everything before start up and then once you start it let it run for a minute and check for oil leaks before jumping in it and rippign around the block.

I dont know the exact reason but people say aftermarket crank pulley's are no good when you boost a motor, there have been some horror stories floating around. Sounds pretty good besides engine management, what are you going to do? Post up some pics!

i know two guys that had aftermarket pulleys on there d16's and both spun a rod bearing, no idea if it had anythign to do with it but it is enough to make me not want to get one
