Super Budget LS Project.....Opinions and options wanted

Well ive been battling with the ideas of turboing my LS and i bought all the parts for it, then sold em, and now i think im going to do it again but on a much cheaper budget. I'm trying to keep it like below $1200. I'm mainly doing this to boost the LS and see if i like boosted hondas, and if i do I'm going to do a EK hatch project.

Here is what im thinking:
.60/.63 T3 internally gated<---Junkyard SVO ~$100
Log Manifold<---- Can someone do this for me for like $150? And if you can do a 2.5" DP w/ 2 02 bunges for like $100(no flex pipe necessary i dont buy into that hype ;D)
450cc DSM Injectors w/ resistor box<---- $70 shipped about.
1g DSM BOV----$40-50 w/ the flange
Exhaust---> Kteller8 exhaust with stock cat and some standard muffler he sells for like $75.
Charge Pipes---> Garbage hunting/junkyard $50 or less
Walboro Fuel pump--->$100
Uberdata----> If someone can burn me a chip for the map i have that would be stellar. i just need my ECU socketed... ;)

My main problem is a FMIC. I dont want a SMIC b/c they wont do enough, i could rig 2, one on each side, but that makes a lot more piping work which isnt a huge problem but will suck for efficency. Honestly, i dont even want to spend $250 for a tyrus. Any help would be great

hey dude i can make you the manifold and probably a downpipe and maybe hook you up with charge piping, and if you want most of your set up, i have a couple t3's coming to me and a starion front mount intercooler
make me an offer

charge pipes... use ABS plumbing plastic, 2" ID. The bends (90s, and 180s) are like mandrels, really cheep too. You can glue it all together with that ABS cement, or use the rubber connectors... just check out Home Depot or whatever....

I like the fact everyone is trying to help me out offering me their parts, but i would rather some suggestions on the intercooler delema and any other good ways to save cash.....

I take it you're like me and don't have a junkyard around you? Try to find a Starion FMIC. They look decent. A junkyard is about the only place you are going to get a cheap intercooler.

Starion FMIC's dont you have to re-weld the endtanks?

Re:Super Budget LS Project.....Opinions and options wanted

You don't HAVE to. Are you trying to avoid doing that?

Re:Super Budget LS Project.....Opinions and options wanted

well i dont exactly weld...so if they are pointing towards the block it would make it an extra pain in the ass...and since if never even done a turbo install...i kinda want to make it as simple as possible....

there are some $50-80 brand new FMIC's on ebay similar to tyrus's except they are weird dimensions...

What plays the biggest factor in the install, height, width, or depth?

what size is just damn impossible to install without chopping away at your car?

You got a link to one of those intercoolers?

I think the width and the height will be the main factor. You're probably going to have to do some hacking. :-\
