Search around on here, find out what peices you need and make a log style manifold.

Re: sunfire gt 2.4 turbo kits
There is a sunfire turbo in the "Turbo Projects" section. Maybe you can find something there.

I don't know what year yours is, but I've never seen any good from sunfires. On the other hand, I've had 3 hondas over 200k miles without any more than general maintenance, and they ran just fine. If you want something domestic, get something with balls. If you must sit with something 4cyl, at least get an ecotec? |

You're going to end up with a useless engine and a bunch of parts for a sunfire that nobody else in their right mind is going to waste money on. Suddenly, spending the price on a honda engine sounds so much better... What do you mean they're overpriced? B or D series block you might spend 100. If you "blew it" the only thing you would have had to buy was a block ($100), pistons and rods (OEM is cheap), and MAYBE a head ($100-200). Guess what? You'd still have a slow car but parts would be easier to find and you'd have something that would most likely outlook that sunfires quad. |
Re: sunfire gt 2.4 turbo kits
I'm Just Curious, but what makes the motor so weak? Does it have a open deck aluminum block or somthing? ???

Re: sunfire gt 2.4 turbo kits
engine is not weak at all.
closed deck iron block. mine was taking 250whp for 6 months before i blew it up on my OWN stupidity. ecotecs actually arn't any stronger stock for stock so don't waste your time. |
Re: sunfire gt 2.4 turbo kits
true bout the fast and furious, but like evreyone didnt make a big deal about the skyline in the first one then the sec one came out and evreyone made a big deal plus that was when bodykits were cool first one was good sec one sucked third one was ok

Cavalier + 350 = is da ----!
One of my father's friend did it, but he was so scared at the track (because it was powerful) that he wasnt able to floor it lol The 350 wasnt stock, but I don't know the mod. It is a drag car, cant run it on street. |
