Stumbling

hi i have a civic d15b7 with a 14b td05h with 12:1 fmu front mount intercooler 2.5 charge pipes. When i accelerate there is alot of stumbling like the car wants to stop the airfuel gauge is in the stoich area, its the same when its warmed up or cold. im pretty sure it is either a lack of fuel or maybe too much, how can i get may car to run richer in vacuum? the car works good under boost when the fmu kicks in, its just in the vacuum range that it stumbles.

Thanks

Re:Stumbling

do you mean the fuel lines? the fmu fuel lines are all hooked up correctly becasue when i get in to boost the af gauge goes to rich instanly, im just having a stumbling problem before boost, i cant even accelerate, it just boggs like a bunch of air is going in but theres no power, do i need more fuel or less? i cant figure it out, also i heard if you unhook the coolant temp sensor it will run rich, is this true?

I sort of have the same problem with my setup, and I have a 12:1 FMU also. I don't understand it at all.
