Default stripped bolt on greddy type s, am i missing the internal spring?

Well i think i stripped the bolt out the greddy bov and didnt even notice the bolt was missing till i started the car and had a big vac leak, under the adjustment nut and screw is their a spring? im asking because i didnt see one in there. How does the adjustment screw work?

under the screw is a chrome looking washer lookin plate, then a spring... the adjustment screw puts pressure on that plate which compresses the spring if your boosting more... usually on a low boost app, that adjustment screw should be kinda loose. n you wont have a vac leak if it aint in there, vac is only in the manifold
