yep my thought exactly. Mine does it and i think it may be a common problem on hondas. Probably cause we wind the snot out of them :P

hmm, that makes sense. i replaced the valve seals, however i wonder if maybe the valves are scratched from when the engine spun a bearing ealier...

but if that is the case, why does messing with the pcv system change the symptoms?

i had my valve seals replaced also but by a shop when they worked on my cyl head.. i just took a look when i was about to adjust my valves and a few valve seals actually came out of place and are sitting half way up the shaft on the valves.. so just cause you replaced them does not mean they are ok.

your problem could be something else dont get me wrong, but oil buring in high vacuum does usually mean valve seals..
