Re: strange contents of catch can
its moisture, chang your oil,
it happens to a lot of domestic cars and VW's |
Re: strange contents of catch can
just changed my oil twice in like 500 miles cause i had to remove my filter to get at stuff. and my car is not domestic or a vw. and obviously its moisture... why theres moisture and not oil in there is what i want to know

Re: strange contents of catch can
moisture can buildup in the can just from the air. Not necessarily moisture in your turbo.

btw one of your basemaps saved my ass |
Re: strange contents of catch can
put some kind of bleeder valve in that line to the turbo, your turbo pulls way to much air(vacuum) for the PCV system, and you will be ridding you motor of any and all it has. its prbably a mixture of gas/oil combo and moisture, i did this too, till my expensive ass 62-1 turbo sucked in about a quart of oil.

Re: strange contents of catch can
i dont think its either, it looks more like cloudy water, no yellow-ness at all

Re: strange contents of catch can
You clearly overfilled your blinkerfluid

Re: strange contents of catch can
oh ----? i think your right.
today i noticed it does smell like gas. it tastes like gas too. incase my turbo is suckin to hard i just pulled the line off the catch can and let it dump in the air |
