actually there's plenty of turbo out there that is not water cooled. Try looking at junkyard. Like T3. Some turbo are not water cooled

You can use a water cooled turbo, but just put bolts and plug the water cooling openings

Why are you specifically looking for something not watercooled? The reason car manufacturers started water cooling turbo's are for prolonged life by allowing them to cool off faster. Only takes a few seconds literally to hook up the coolant lines. Plus finding a oil cooled only turbo is prolly gonna be off a much older car since most went oil/water cooled.

I didn't even plug my holes to my water jacket. I just ran the oil to it, and got too lazy to go any further. I know that's kinda stupid of me, b/c it really should be watercooled... but... oh well. 10k miles and it's still kickin.

This is Jeff's old 14b setup

Under cooling you will see how easy it is do do it.

Pretty much anywhere around the trottle body that has a coolant/water line, you take out that hose, will be pretty small maybe 12 inches long. Then go from one of those openings you now have to the turbo, then go from the turbo back to the other end or opening of the hose you just took out. That's it your done. It doesn't matter how the water flows thru the turbo so anyway you put them will work. fine.
