Ok i'll be a little nice, yes and no. If its a old pice of ---- turbo then yes, if it a good turbo not really. BTW stealthmode does sell restrictors.

obviously your thoughts aint ---- because either you do or you dont, sure a better built turbo may last longer w/o a restrictor but the pressure on hondas are known to create leaks on turbos

If you're using a used turbo, run the thing, and if there's smoking or your oil pressure is over 60psi at WOT when warm, then restrict it.

If you have a brand new turbo, talk to whoever WILL WARRANTY THE THING IF IT BUSTS. If they tell you to use one, then use it, if not, don't use it and refer back to the above problems to see if you need a restrictor.

When you have a new turbo and it shits the bed, the guy that gives the warranty will try to ---- you for your oil lines. If you used a restrictor, he'll tell you you shouldn't have. If you didn't use a restrictor, he'll tell you that you needed one. Typical worms trying to wiggle their way out of a warranty, that's why you should always ask them how they want you to do it, so they can't ---- you when the ---- hits the fan.

take the set screw plug from the oil adapter, drill i think it 1/16 hole in it, screw it in turbo, connect line.
