Starting Problems
 

So I have a zc with I think a t-28 turbo. It use to start up fine and everything. Then one day everytime I would start it it would just keep trying to start and then it would make some weird noise. But it would start after a while. Then I changed the starter. Now it doesnt make that noise but it keeps trying to start and it starts again after a while. I think its a fuel flow issue but im not sure. Please help.
