also, i read of how you prime the turbo but forgot every last bit of that information....how exactly do you prime the turbo. and, yea the turbo is brand new....

and yea im buyin an oil restrictor for it from function 7 on eBay or maybe a stealthmode one....

EDIT: nevermind on the priming the turbo part i just found how to by reading another thread.

usually it only takes a free part to get the ball rolling on an HMT set-up. ---- thats how i pieced together my first one and half of my second one. just keep collecting parts and you shoudl be boosted before you know it.

yea. i was about to buy a 60/48 for $100 needed the seals replaced. but it was too hard to get in touch with that friend so i opted for the 48/42 since it was brand new and he is easier to get in touch with. i paid $175 for it. He originally said $150 and i was gonna give him $130 but he raised up the price....

but im fine with it. this is just a cheap budget build to get some experience. my next kit will be high dollar everything...

also im wondering. How have the reviews for the XS Power wastegate been goin. At first people were saying over boost problems. But, lat
ly not much has been said. Have they fixed them for good. Cuhz I have seen quite a few for really cheap for sale... And was wondering should I buy one or prolong gettin my car boosted and buy a real tial... thanks for answers and any remarks...

This photo is staged. There is no way any of those three ladies is using the shaving cream on the counter.

Good luck on the kit. Tell "Tray" that he looks about as hard as my 6 year old cousin.
