he used one of the turbos from ssauto. i dont remember any good results from either a manifold or downpipe.

 

All the fab work was done by Jeff not a tawian built manifold.

 

lol im just sick of used ---- breaking!!! so i wanna go with new stuff, how long do the ssauto manis usually last? which kit would i be better off going with? unless you guys have another one in mind that is set at the same price

The rule "You get what you pay for" applys here but I would go with a name brand used manifold vs. a new SSAC. same goes for turbos.

I havent had any experience with ssautocrome, There are loads of threads floating around saying how ***** they are and how the manifolds crack. if virtually evreyone is saying it, it is probs a good idea to stay away as there is obviusly some truth behind it.

 

its not a coincidence that every forum on the net gives bad reviews about their products and customer service. second, you get what you pay for. don't even mention durability and longevity in the same sentance with ssac......thats like saying daewoo/fast its an oxymoron..........moron.

 

Nothing wrong with using the DP, Just dont use the manifold. Get a cast one for that price.
Dont use the wastegate or manifold.

If you don't use their manifold and only use their downpipe what good is the downpipe if its designed to fit on a manifold that you aren't using? So IMO the downpipe is also as worthless as their manifolds
