Default SSAC wastegates>??????

how do yall like the ssautochrome wastegates, i have heard some good things about there wastegates cant say the same for the turbos but how do yall like them. and also do the wastegates come with the dump tubes?


what happens if the wastegate fails and im running an MBC? will it still spike and kill me or will the mbc save me some how

It won't save you. MBC retards opening of wastegate. But in case wastegate is not operating nothing stops turbo spinning to heaven.

thanks for clearing that up. so what about the ssac w/g's are they any good?

There is very few problems with them if any.The catch is if it does fail it could cost you a engine etc.I have never had a issue with one and will continue to use them.When you recieve it open it and inspect the diaphram etc and re tighten everything to double check it as Chinese quality control isnt the best.

Beware of the ssac wastegates!!!!! the one I had the valve inside came loose from the little alan key bolts and was flopping around in the wastgate housing, thank god for the valve seat.

Ive use the 35mm and made 302/262 @ 13lbs and it help perfect no spike or creep
anyone here using the larger ssac WG's?
i was thinking about getting the 46mm but couldnt find anyone using them

i've been running mines at 5psi for a month no prblems yet... i tightened everything really good first tho...
