dumb question but just use it as is but use an restrictor on your oil line to limit the amount of oil that runs through it, i hear thats key in making these cheap fuckers last

I was almost gonna get one of those but got there T4 60-1 instead for my Z. Just because it came with a bigger wastegate and bov and a also a v-band. We'll see how it does once I get my garage cleaned up so I pull the Z in and start working on it. I think JD has had experience with them if i recall but I could be wrong. PM him and ask him or maybe he'll chime in and give his opinion on this.

there was a good thread recently about these with posts from Blaast. Search for it. Long and short of it is, these turbos are made to last not more than a few months...

word..

SSAC T70's are in theory able of big power but the problem is that they blow in minutes.
Lots of people want to have these turbos rebuilt because they failed but they are always too severely damaged to be repaired and internals are not standard garrett anyways. the design of the internals as been simplified by that chinese company, which is the reason of their poor reliability.

Yes, they can be purchased for under 300$ on ebay but is it too good to be true???
let'S simply say that an authentic turbinetics T70 retails at 1300$.
