Sparky Plugs - What should I use?

Please bear with me, as I'm kinda an amature to doing my own work, but learning quickly regarding the nature of the beast. But I would ask the same question: What kinda plugs should I use? ::)

Setup is in an '89 CRX Si that includes a D16Z6 still using the damn OBD0 and stock ECU with an early 92-95 Civic EX GReddy turbo kit, using a Paxton FMU. I gather than NGK-Rs are good? What number should I use? Please don't flame me, I'm learning fast. ;D

I've read somewhere perhaps using NGK ZFR6F-11?

Donald, gotta number other than 6 or 7? Please remember, I'm a bit of a newbie on this stuff!

I have the same engine but different setup. Each step colder you go is good for 100hp and colder plugs helps prevent spark from blowing out.

I went and got those plugs... Nice design, never used them before. A "V" shaped electrode.. Hmmm

GET NGKs' stock plugs. gapped to .028. i bought 1 step colder ngks' 4091s' for the b16 and jeff the site creator said that he runs stock plugs gapped to .028. the rule is 1 step colder per every 100 extra hp. but people run regular plugs gapped to .028 and don't have problems with them.

Well, I already went and got the NGK ZFR6F-11. Nice design, like I said. I've already installed them too, fire her up and runs smooth. Now we'll see how she handles when boosted.

And I totally understand the "heat range" stuff now and what all those damn numbers on the plug mean. NGK's selling company has a nice tech write-up on it all. :)

I went two steps colder and gapped them to .03 and the ---- ran like a top after I went from just the stock recommended ngk's.
