Which spark plugs to go with?
Everyone says go with spark plugs that are two stages colder but no one at the local parts store know what I am talking about.
Could someone give me the part # for NGK plugs 2 stages colder on a B18? If not NGK what do you guys recommend? |

Re:Which spark plugs to go with?
If you go to advanced auto they should be able to hook you up with the colder plugs. I just told the guy I needed 2 steps colder and he pulled out this big ass book and found which ones I needed.

Re:Which spark plugs to go with?
Yeah, the guy told me that he had an autolite plug and a champion plug strictly for turbo. But, how good are those brands. I know they are ok for OEM Domestic cars but what about our imports. I thought it was NGK all the way?

Re:Which spark plugs to go with?
brans name isnt as important as you think. Think about it ngk is what 5 bucks??? As long as the plugs are made of copper and not platinum plugs you will be just fine. If you have any worries just gap the plugs a little tighter so its easier for them to make the spark you need.
