Default Spark Plug Gap Size?

Um i read this a while back on a DSM forum.... when you turbo a car are you supposed to make the spark plug gap a little bit smaller, to intensify the spark? like my stock honda is 44, should i set it to 40? what do you people recommend

someone told me to get NGK BRK7E and gap it to 24 or 26.

I order it today and gonna install it tomorow.

stock hondas should be around 44. but, if forced induction its better to run colder plugs (bkr7e) gap to 31.

the way I always did it was to keep it at the stock length. If it misfires, close it by 2s, till it no longer misfires.
