Default Spark Plug and gap!

Ok, I have heard many people use diff kinds of spark plugs on their turbo setup. What I have seen a lot is BKR7E's. Is this the one to run? Is this the coldest plug

Default Re: Spark Plug and gap!

they are the best for boost by far, i believe JD did a writeup on why, bigger spark surface, also i gap myn about 26-32 depending on boost levels, i run 30psi so i norm gap them 26ish... just helps with blowing spark out... hope this helps nog

ran them in my boosted hondas and now in my dsm will never run anything else, 7s are 2 steps colder, don't let the **** at csk or w/e tell you any diff, one of the guys tried saying 5's were 2 steps colder lol :1
