Hi,
What kind of spark plug heat range should i be running on a boosted engine...let's say a ZC with a T-3 boosting 8 psi.

NGK V-Power copper plugs, $1.69each...

But what kind of heat range?
The cumbustion chamber gets hotter so I would need a spark plug with a different heat range than when I run without a turbo

To prevent pre-ignition.

88 CRX Si plugs stock # 1273 i believe...

I am running 2 ranges colder NGK ZFR7F-11 is the part number. the seven represents that heat range, 5 was stock and now using 7. My engine is D16Z6

I have never ran colder plugs in any of my setups..

But thats just me.

Hmmmm.... Maybe I don't need them then, then again I guess it can't hurt. can It?

Well if you have problems with detonation you can go colder, but just run the stock heat range and pull them every few thousand miles and check them, if theyre glazed or somthing you might have to go colder.
