someone please help identify
 

First of all, sorry for no pics at the moment, but i'll try and get some up as soon as possible.
I have a turbo and i'm trying to figure out what kind it is and where it came from.
It reads "AiResearch M10" along the compressor and A/R .48 M28 along the exhaust housing. It's internally wastgated too. I'm just curious because i was told it's a T3 so i bought a T3 adaptor plate to an HF manifold, but i can't seem to line up the holes on it. If anyone can help me out with this, that'd be great.

are the bolts not in a rectangular pattern? is one of them out in no man's land?

they're in a somewhat of a rectangular shape, but only one of the holes lines up when i put the adaptor plate hole in the middle flush with the tubro inlet hole...idk?? The plate seems to be too small or something... Does anyone have any pics of a T3 hooked up to an HF manifold with an adaptor plate...like an upclose shot of the connection? I know this is a basic thing, but i just can't seem to understand it.

well...i guess i should've searched a little harder cause i just found this thread https://www.homemadeturbo.com/forum/...p?topic=7278.0 ...the turbo that is pictured looks exactly like mine with the same type of dp connection and whatnot, and after looking at what customcoach said to this guy about his turbo and it being an oddball of sorts...i think i might have to find another turbo to work with. :-\ o well...i guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles...

the lovely chrysler bolt pattern.
well, you can get adapter plates for that turbo.
you can also redrill & grind the turbo housing for the normal bolt pattern.

Do you know where the sell adaptors for that kind of pattern?...
