That's a good way to raise the boost.....not to lower.

Yeah, but I don't think it would lower it that much, but I guess it depends on how much you move it. Keep in mind that by doing this you are greatly increasing spool time. How much are you looking to lower it?

What turbo do you have? I can't see how adding w2ashers on a standard T3 is going to move the actuator closer.

Maybe I'm not seeing this right in my head, but I can't see how adding washers is going to move it closer. The only place to put washers would be in between the actuator and the mount, correct? This would move the actuator farther away from the wastegate, which in turn would raise the boost. Am I missing something?
