ok guys i have dc headers on my delsol my q is is it a good idea sacrify the header to make it into a turbo manifol u know cut it up and do the log across the 4 ports and weld the turbo flange and modify so i can kep the ac on it and ait just seem like a good idea but want an honest opinion or just go getto all the way whats u guys opinion on flipping the turbo so the down pipe is on the pass side

Yea but how strong are the DC headers and if you got the SS kind you'll need a tig welder and find someone if you don't know how-to that can weld SS.

i think a std manifold would work better. and if you ever need to take the turbo off to get it worked on you can put the headers back on the car so u can drive it.

i have the neuspeed n2 which is almost identical to the dc except it has more ceramic coating. well the first runner cracked where it joins the 2nd runner, probably due to bottoming out so much.
anyways you could probably sell it for at least 100 and use that for the standard manifold or something as beefy.

ok thanks guys i'll flip a coin on ithoh does the hf manifold let 1 keep the ac or its a nono even modifing the fans

If you wanna keep the a/c you might as well mod your own, I highly doubt Hf mani's let's you keep a/c. Why don't you just use your stock exhaust manifold to cut up instead of the DC's? Or why don't you just buy the D-series flange buy pipes and make your own?
