.. so now I have no oil pressure...

My front cover was leaking a bit on my 93 ka24de-t so I pulled the top cover and RTV'd it a bit to seal it back up. I did a oil change at the same time, but half way through I got distracted. When I came back I started the car for a couple seconds to see if I got it right from the oil leak.

Because i was distracted, there were still 3 quarts of oil left to be put in when I ran the car. Thankfully at least the one quart that was in the engine was lucas oil stabalizer which is basically 1000000000 weight oil.

I put the other 3 quarts of oil in and ran it and then realized I didn't have any oil pressure.
Tried it again today and just started it for a second or 2 and the pressure gauge barely read 10 psi.......... what did I do and how do I fix it?

Your engine can't pump 100000000 weight oil, you might have been okay if you'd had a quart of regular oil in there. You basically ran the engine metal to metal, crank to bearings with no oil film, and now you have some pretty big clearances between your journals and bearings which the oil pump can't build enough pressure at idle to fill.

Cheap solution is yank oil pan and cheese rods and mains in. Correct solution is pull crank and have a machinist smoke it over before reinstalling it with new rods and mains.
