Make sure your drain line is good. If the smoke continues try to choke it a little with a restrictor valve. If that doesn't work get a new turbo.

Yup I would check the drain line. And do it soon or you may have to rebuild your turbo If oil is backing up real bad.

start with a compression test a leak down if u have one.

probably the turbo's seals
check the down pipe for oil, and around the oil inlet for the turbo for leak. check the charge pipe for oil, anywhere oil could pool like where it dips down.

what weight oil are you running?

thought i'd inform you on my situation, i have perfect compression 190 across the board. i have an oil restrictor on my feed line, and a rebuilt turbo. apparently your oil control rings can be beat without the compression rings being shot. my car used a quart of oil a day, smoked on acceleration. im trying to decide wheather i should build the d series or get a b16?
