2 1/2" should be fine since I saw an '04 Cobra put down 587whp on the dyno through a dual 2 1/2" catback. :o

I guess I could always sell my setup since it is all true greddy piping.Then with that cash I could get some nice mandrel work done 2.5-3"..Got my apexi turbo muffler on the way too.Im so excited about this whole thing.All i need to do now is find a nice t3 turbo/and a manifold.You guys like the greddy fmic?I picked it up from a friend in need of cash for $200...hehehe http://img35.exs.cx/img35/1348/q6kfmic.jpg

that's a good intercooler. as for the exhaust, cheapest place to get it done would be a muffler shop. i got mine done 2 1/2" mandrel bent installed and welded for $190. i already had the muffler. shop around you'll find a descent price.
