slash cut exhaust pcv setup question

ok guys ive decided ill do my pcv setup the slash cut exhaust way.. i know how it works theoretically
now i need some good spot in my exhaust for vacuum but have no idea where i can find it...
i have this idea of making a venturi effect in my exhaust using a reduction pipe..
the exhaust pipes will be 60,3 mm (2,35 inch) and will be reduced to 51 in a some place will go 51mm for about 5 inch length than back to 60,3 using reduction pipe and 60,3 till the end of it.
this reduced diameter will speed up the exhaust gases there creating stronger vacuum among it. so ill put the slash cut there
same principal as the venturi plate in carbs.

what do you think of this setup? any reason why it wont work?

this only works at WOT..........so unless your gonna be pedal to the metal 100% of the time, forget it.

not %100 but maybe %90 of the time i floor it.. but sometimes i drive it cruisin will it be a problem then?
also wont there be vacuum always present in some point in the exhaust

use a pvc valve inline with the slash cut
so the exhaust doesnt go backup into your crankcase

creating a venturi is more effective on an n/a engine. it isn't really nescassary on a turbo engine. your exhaust gas will only flow as fast as the turbo will push it out (maximum efficiency) so you should install a larger exhaust. 3" should work fine.

Re: slash cut exhaust pcv setup question

I did the slash cut thing and chose the wrong spot because I get pressure at idle.
Are you saying that even though I get pressure at idle I may have vacuum in the higher rpm's?
