To small for that motor, als it is a big No NO to ever boost a car with out a tune.

Nah, that T3 won't be anywhere near big enough....I had a .63/.60 T3 that I had originally planned to use on my car, but was advised to go bigger(by J)...I do think that turbo would be fun on the QR25 because it would spool up hella quick, and its good for right at 300hp, so I guess it all depends on what kinda power you are looking to make...My t3/t4 .50 trim has my wastegate open before 3k rpms, it has the 7.25psi spring, and I'm seeing 6-6.5 on my gauge...

Hope you have a spare motor somewhere if you want 12's and running it for that long with no tune.

You're gonna catch hell getting 12's out of these cars. Be prepared to spend some $$$. The power isn't hard to make, but traction is hard to come by. Be careful boosting the car with stock injectors(it's doable, just be careful) and keep out of boost until you can get a tune. Your just gonna need something to control your injectors duty cycle(apexi AFC is the most common and simple solution AT THIS TIME) and wideband O2 sensor and reader.

I use those on my car, you'll need a set of 2000+ Ford or Chrysler injector clips, you'll have to wire them up but other than that they fit without any modification...I'm still running returnless and haven't had any problems. For more boost you'd definitely need to, but I've heard of people having problems with return fuel systems...
