Re: size of oil and coolant lines

Most people dont run the coolant lines (my self included) since my turbo only cost me $40 and its not a great loss. But if u were to do it, the best and most common place would be right under the TB. There is a small line. I did this on a 14b and all the hardware came in a "fix a compresor hose kit". Just find the fitting that fits ur turbo and w/e size goes on the other side is what ur using.

ps. dont forget to unplug the WG line so u can get max water flow to ur turbo. :y

Re: size of oil and coolant lines

Oil feed - 1/8 [3an] - 1/4 [4an]
Oil drain - 5/8 [10an] +
Coolant - ---- coolant lines if it aint ball bearing :-* [1/4,5/16,3/8 will work]

Re: size of oil and coolant lines

IT will help somewhat, but not enough to be noticed.
You need a heat shield - use a cut up aluminum pot.
Put wrap around *any* parts within about 5" of that turbo that aren't made for heat...

A typical place to run cooling lines from is the heater feed.
