im about to buy my muffler off ebay. looking to get a magnaflow 3" im going with the stock style oval center mounted muffler. what is the correct width? im asking because i can't measure, i don't have my car its in the bodyshop. magnaflow has 14" 19" 24" what size is the stock one. i dont' want to have it too small or big. thanks in advance

if you are going with 2.5 from turbo back, then go with 2.5 muffler, if you have a stock exhuast then just get any muffler, they can make it fit, mufflers dont madder, ---- it, just run a str8 pipe

 

thanks but already know that im asking WHAT IS THE WIDTH OF THE MUFFLER i.e. muffler dimension of the stock one so i can buy the magnaflow of the same size. i need the length of the stock muffler. for example

 

i'm pretty sure that's the right one, i bought the 2.25 in/ dual 2.0 out off ebay w/ an 18" resonator and a catco hi -flow...it all sounds really good for n/a soon to be boosted.

why not just wait for your car to get back from the shop and make sure? it's not like ebay's gonna run out, maybe i'll be nice and measure mine for you later, i'll post if i do.

 

the money is burnin in my pocket and i need to buy something, i only have few things left before im done. guess i could hold off the itch unless you wanna post up the size.
