mine is setup as a blow through.
you just need to make sure the MAF meters ALL the air that comes into the engine. the bov needs to be either: 1. completely closed unless venting (a lot aren't) 2. drawing air after the MAF first pictures is correct. http://img169.imageshack.us/img169/804/stangqm3.png |

I use a draw through system that recirculates the air from the BOV back in front of the turbo. The only issue with this picture that I see is that you want the BOV to be close to the throttle body, not before the intercooler.
