well my first try at a lazy ass vac source for my pcv system didnt really work at all, cause it wasent pointed back towards the suction, do i revised it alittle but with the car at idle there almost no suction, if i hold my lighter to it it sucks it in but barely..
before http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v9...bo/afilter.jpg no i just took my vac hose (fuel line) put it straight into the whole with about 6" doing a U inside well just look at the picture still seems to have almost no suction. is this just a dumb ass way to do it? im lazy and it was easy Attachment 35601 |

I've been using mine just fine with no vaccuum source, that port on my catch can is open and it works fine. You are risking sucking a bit of oil in with your intake charge having it hooked up like that and that could cause you know what ;)

i have my friends setup exactly like your first one is. And it seems to be already getting alittle bit of oil build up in the catch can, so im guessing its working fine.

Drill out your PCV, then just point the tube down.
