Should i get a t3/to4e 60 trim or 57 trim................

either one would work.
i think hotrex was running a 60 trim on his gsr and i think he got like 309 hp on 9 psi.
the thing that would prob. make a bigger diff. would be the size exhaust housing u choose

60/63 60 trim with a stage 5 wheel on my buddies gsr block / b16 head combo starts spooling at 4300 give or take, and its hitting 9.6psi by 5200. It takes the car about a millisecond to get from 4300 to 5200rpm, so its a quick spool once its starts spinning.

You can answer your question by asking another one....What is your horsepower goal? Pick the smallest compressor that will achive the horsepower you want without going out of the compressor wheels' efficency range. That will give you the quickest spool. That how the factory cars do it.
BTW...the compressor size makes very little difference in your spool time compared to Turbine selection. I beleive Mr. alwaystootall said this as well.
I would recommend a .48 A/R exhaust side with a stage 2 or 3 Turbine in it. It will spool quickly but it's not sooo small that you will run out of room for exhaust flow before you reach redline.
