Default Should I dyno with open dp?

I'm just waiting for 2 last parts on my car and then its off to the dyno to get it tuned. My current internal gate is set at 10lbs so I ordered a 5lb gate. I also needs a HTS coupler because the home depot one coming off the turbo just wasn't cutting it. Now the question is: Right now I'm running open dp. After I get these 2 parts in, could I take a trip to to the dyno and get it tuned with the open exhaust? Or should I wait until I get my exhaust on. Will it matter in terms of numbers/tune? I'm only putting a resonator on. Also, at the dyno, how do they get the o2 sensor secured in your exhaust since the downpipe is verticle? Thanks guys

if you tune with open dp, and then put exhaust on, its just gonna run a bit richer.

go for it...and later if you get on a wbo2 and wanna pull a little fuel, do it up.
