Setup ques..??
 
With this setup:

14b or T3/04e Turbos
Custom B16a Manifold
Delta WasteGate
Oil Lines
Coolant Lines
Downpipe
Downpipe Adapter Plate
Charge Lines
Starion Intercooler /w Mod
DSM Bov
Misc Gaskets
310cc Injectors

Could i just Run a skunk2 ECU and a Apex-i controler?

if the skunk2 ecu is meant for NA applications my bet is that it will advance timing to get more power. You should invest in some sort of timing retardation like a MSD BTM. the apexi should do for fuel mgmnt aslong as you dont go too high.. what obd ????

what he means by iffy is the risk of timing advance.
