It´s my old ant trusful daily drive citroen bx
the old setup was 1.9l 8 valve engine catcams camshaft, 500c injectors GT40 garrett with .63 turbine housing
megasquirt managment, made 307hp/370nm with 0.8bar of boost, did run it with 1.5bar after i instaled the thiker gasget.
quaife atb in the gearbox.

it made 195hp and 285nm of torgue, the torgue peak is at 3700rpm and the max power at 5100rpm

What method to the madness did you use? I have toyed with the idea, but never really decided to try it.

 

So what's controlling the flapper to determine where the exhaust goes? some kind of wastegate actuator?

made a few modifications to the manifold had a fiew fitment issues

the curent smal turbo is garrett GT20 with a smaal hotside from a td opel
the biger will be a garrett GT40 with 59 compressor and 65 turbine weel and a ar 0.8 hotside
