Hello im contemplating putting a turbo on my 93 eg civic it currently has d15b7..i have plans to put a vtec head on ...im wondering about t25 or t3/t4 flange which would be better im planing to eventually have it intercooled, with either afc hack, fmu, or something like uberdata, any feed back woould be great thanks

You need to read a lot more, all of your questions have been answered before, it's up to you to find the answers. SOHC is over rated. ------ the gospel.

what's your budget like? do you have access to junkyards? are you able to do the work yourself?

my question was what is the difference between the flanges, i cant seem to find any where that can explain the difference

Yeah, one is for a DSM T25 turbo and the other is for a T3 turbo. Get the right flange for your turbo, it's not that hard.
