that motor could easily survive a 70 shot of nitrous. aslong as it's in good shape. and i personaly think throttle activation is better cause if you have the button on and you shift, your car would still be getting nitous while it's in neutral. i'd do a combination. a switch that would arm the throttle switch. otherwise, you're gonna end up using nitrous alot.

just some info.i used a LOT more nitrous when i had the throttle switch.personally i think a 70 shot is just a bit to much but people DO go that high and sometimes higher.just read up and things will be clearer as to what setup you should use.nitrous aint as bad/gay as some people say.

i don't think NOS is bad at all. i almost did it cause i couldn't afford to complete my turbo kit. 70 shot on that motor might be too much. it is a d15 1.5 liter. smaller rods. i'd go with a 50 shot just to be safe. but stock sucks! and don't waste your money on shift ***** and hubcaps. power never goes outta style.

Ive been spraying a 75 shot dry from a zex kit for a year, maybe 8 bottles total, rarely purging

This zc hauled ***, but now its time to throw on a snail @ 18psi + 75 shot = rocket

Just get colder plugs, 2-4 degrees of timing and dont go over a 75 shot on stock fuel pump/injectors

dont worry , no shoft **** and im already running 17's

dont hate me for this but the car right now is auto, im swapping trans with motors,

so with auto would throttle switch be safe?
and dont laugh but wet or dry?
and if it is throttle activated how long should i spray for , i mean, this is a d15 non vtec stock motor, will i be safe to spray everyday?
btw its hard to search and find all these answers so i figured id ask the pros

sorry to thread jack but good luck with that W O T.18 psi plus a 75 shot.----,must be nice having the money to build an engine to support that.lol.keep us updated.
blah.edit.i've never worked with n20 and an automatic but i would think it would be ok using the full throttle switch.
