Search Function Not working? o2 required?

Hey Guys,

Thanks for all the help from before but I have a pretty noobish type question that I'm hoping someone can answer. I did try searching for o2 but it came back with no matches (guessing the search function is down?) I also checked the noob faq but there was only one thread linking to Honda-tech talking about how to remove the o2 sensor).

Stats:
'90 Integra converted to OBD1
LS/Vtec 9:1 Compression
T3 Super 60 Garrett
Johnny Racecar intercooler
Greddy Type S blow off
Tial 38mm wastegate
Chrome dyno tuned for 10psi
Innovate wideband o2
Type R Cams
Forged Rods
Blah blah. There's more but I think that's all that's relative to this question. My question is before the dyno tune a friend and I put in the innovate wideband o2 sensor (removed the oem o2) and have a guage sitting up in my dash which shows me what's happening. The car was then tuned and all is well. But here's the one thing that's puzzling me. The wideband is not connected into the brain of the computer (as in it has no idea an o2 is present). It's just connected to power, the guage, etc. I'm pretty sure in the map for chrome itself the o2 is disabled as I am not throwing any engine codes. Should I be running a stock oem o2 as well as the wideband or is this ok as it is?

o2 is prolly disabled in crome, you dont need the stock one in if this is the case.

I'm pretty sure it is disabled in chrome but is it not wise to run some kind of o2 that's connected to the actual car/ecu?

if you have your wb setup to see the readings theres no reason you would need it going to your ecu.....it wont hurt anything not having one going to the ecu thats why there is a disable script

Cool thanks. I wasn't sure if hte disable was there to stop the ecu from throwing a code while diagnosing something else or if various other sensors in the engine needed the imput from the o2 to make things run smoother, etc. I'll leave it out then.
