sealed bearing turbo?
I know that the JRSC kit comes totally sealed, i.e. you dont have to run any oil/coolant lines.. is it possible to do this with a turbo? fill it with caster bean oil or whatever the JRSC has and just put bolts in the oil inlet and outlet?
a company called "Aerocharger" makes a fully sealed turbo. These are popular to use on bikes but you can use them on cars.
You can't just 'seal' a traditional turbi with oil. First, the oil will probably leak out the seals than sieze the turbo. Second, the turbo was engineered for max life and efficiency, so why would you want to change that?

The oil is the only cooling source for most traditional turbos so if you cut off its life support it will run umteenbilltion times hotter and will most likely cause problems. When the oil expands that much it could penetrate the seals and then you have problems.
