i was lookin at this sc61 today it was cheap, but dude didnt tell me there was a chipped exhaust fin, the tip is gone it not big its about the size of the red spot i made on this picture for an example , i didnt get it cause i thought maybe it would cause it to wear fast from being un balanced, that and it had a 3" v band ghetto welded to the 5 bolt housing, should i pass on it? low ball ? he said it has 5k on it and i talked him down to 400 before i seen it (see top fin wheel on right red mark)

 

pics of actual chip? i wouldnt buy something knowing that it was chipped. how did that ---- happen?
