10psi is pushing the stock MAP sensor.

There is no way to tell what your motor will take. 10psi is getting up there for a stock motor. Do a compression check, how many miles, pull the pan and inspect the bottom end.

Ive heard stock honda MAP sensors are only good for 11PSI MAX. you can buy other ones, but more than 10psi on a stock guts and your probably look for trouble. but thats just my 2 cents

Honda MAP sensors are 1.8bar sensor, meaning good about 11.8 PSI. But guys boost 15psi on tem all day long sometimes. Mine took 11psi all day for a while.

I know, that's so strange, for some people they can hit easy 15 like you said, and for other people, they throw a map code as soon as they touch 11. Do you know why that is?

Nope, not a clue. I've spiked right up to 20psi before, no code, A few times with a shitty mbc I would spike a little high 14-15psi and the car wouldd just act like a fuel cut.
